We start with a review of the facility making security recommendations, if necessary, we will conduct an investigation and surveillance to identify the the persons involved.
Surveillance
Our investigators are former law enforcement officers that utilize decades of training, experience and professional contacts conducting cargo theft investigations and surveillance operations. If necessary, we can assign an investigator as an undercover agent working directly at the clients facility.
Litigation Support
As part of our investigation, we assist clients and thier law firm by working as a liaison between local law enforcement authorities, presenting evidence and results of our investigation to aid with the arrest and prosecution of persons involved in the criminal activity.
Pre & Post Termination Investigations
Our investigation begins with a background investigation of the employee and thmeeting with the client and often thier legal advisors to determine the level of assistance required.
Services may include an armed stand-by during discipline or termination, escort off property, and delivery of employment legal documents.
Protection Details
We provide armed plain clothes investigators at the clients facility and if necessary at the residence of employees,managers and owners that may have been threatened or may become potential victims of harm by the employee.
Employee Activity
Depending on the circumstances, we often conduct a 24/7 surveillance of the troubled employee while the client and thier legal advisors decide what course of action to take. This may continue post termination to provide an advance warning in case the (former) employee decides to return and cause harm.
